Overview
The Project Planner is responsible for auditing client accounts and ensuring smooth installations through meticulous planning. You are responsible for documenting the full scope of a project's needs in the designated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
What You'll Do
- Utilize office technology: phone, email, G-Suite, as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to work through project requirements
- Be able to provide excellent customer service despite often complex customer and business needs
- Remain on task, efficient, and organized, this is a high paced environment
- Provide excellent teamwork and professionalism. This role can work with different departments, different levels of management, sub-contractors providing additional support, even governmental agencies and utilities as a part of the Solar installation process
- Follow company and departmental policies regarding conduct and employee performance. Stays current on internal processes.
Who You Are
- • 2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- • Google Suite experience preferred, but not required
- • CRM experience preferred, but not required (i.e., Salesforce, Podio, etc.)
- • Ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner
- • High attention to detail
- • Team-focused, positive attitude
- • Excellent problem solving skills
- • Flexible and able to handle challenging situations
